The steps

Evaluating Your Property – To accurately evaluate your property, I will put together a detailed Comparative Market Analysis. This will include an overall market comparison of currently listed properties and properties that has been recently sold. I will make the necessary adjustments and recommend a list price that maximizes your value and is competitive.


Attracting Buyers – I will list your property on the Multiple Listing System (MLS). The MLS provides exposure to thousands of Real Estate Associates and their clients who are actively looking for their next home. Your home will also be searchable by the general public through the MLS.ca website. I will also find innovative ways to advertise your property and further enhance the exposure of your home so that it can sell quickly and at the best price possible.

Negotiating – When we find a purchaser for your home and an offer is presented, I will represent you in the negotiation and provide advice that is in your best interest. It is important for an associate to be working in your best interest which will mean maximizing the value you get for your home.


Closing The Transaction – When your home is sold, I will continue to provide the support and answer any questions that you may have. My job doesn’t end with a SOLD sticker.
